Our long-term programs comprise the lowest-barrier bed based support recovery for women in BC. Women are supported to achieve self-empowerment through a continuum-of-care that demonstrates how to live in recovery through education and holistic practices.The work is exceptionally challenging and deeply rewarding. We are always looking for great people for full-time, part-time, overnight and casual positions in our three homes.
Minimum of 1 year without problematic substance use
ALR Training Certificate: Implementing BC’s Supportive Recovery Standards - Upon completion of the training course, staff will be awarded a certificate along with accredited hours contributing to their mandatory 20 hours of training, as per regulatory requirements
Willing to acquire up to 20 hours of training to meet adult assisted living regulations
Emergency First Aid - Community Care Certificate with Naloxone training
