Chrysalis Society

Our Support Team

Additional to Volunteers, our Society uses the skills, dedication and wisdom of a Team that includes regular full-time, part-time, and casual staff in the operation of New Dawn, New Day & New Way.

Every individual on our Team equally contributes to our Society’s goal of effectively empowering women to achieve sustainable, long-term recovery from addiction and related harms including but not limited to unmet mental health needs, violence, poverty, homelessness and exploitation.

Through mentorship, teamwork and community, women help women to heal and recover, and achieve empowered self-determination.
